Summary :

This position will oversee daily activities in the mill room area, testing, and all required paperwork.

Responsibilities:

Cure rubber samples, test the hardness of the cured samples, make different types of tack cements, order chemicals for various covers, and manage the inventory. Help with activities on the shop floor.

Requirements :

Must be able to use standard hand tools (hammer, crescent wrench, end wrench, square, tape measure, multiple saws, etc.), knowledge of a dial indicator, diameter tape, and micrometer is a plus. Strong basic math skills are a must.

Physical Demands :

Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds multiple times, work 12 hour shifts when needed while constantly staying focused, and swing a 20 pound sledge hammer to tighten bearings.
