Global Governance & Transformation Excellence Lead - RTR

As Global Governance and Transformation Excellence Lead-RTR, you are a member of a global team that is the steward of the PPG Global Template; a predefined, organization-wide model that outlines standardized business processes, data structures, configurations, and best practices to be used during an ERP implementation and ongoing business operations.Your team interacts heavily with both implementation phase teams and business as usual. Collaboration with the IT Center of Excellence, super users, and business representatives is key to understanding requirements, processes, and impacts to the Global Template. You will report to the Associate Director of Global Process Excellence and team based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Pittsburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a process expert in their respective area

  • Collaboration with accounting and finance teams

  • Develop, build, maintain, and own end-to-end global business processes using Signavio,a business process transformation tool

  • Manage the global process through establishment of process councils with all stakeholders - including both implementation phase teams and business as usual teams

  • Analyze requests for process changes, balancing business requirements and process efficiency

  • Drive standardization and alignment with businesses and functions

  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks to monitor global process performance

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process optimization and automation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related discipline

  • Previous accounting or finance experience

  • 5+ years of functional, or comparable, experience and knowledge

  • Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale is a plus, but not required

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage cross-cultural communication

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines

  • Ability to travel for on-site working sessions ~ 10% of the time
