The contribution of our Finance teams is vital to the performance, profitability, and continued growth of the Primient business. Across Finance, we are exploring new and better ways to harness data, improve decision-making and add value - while optimizing the investment we are making in our plants and people. TheBusiness Partner, FP&A, Manufacturingleads all aspects of FP&A related to Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement. This role provides financial leadership, insights, planning and analysis. TheBusiness Partner, FP&A, Manufacturingestablishes strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to execute on various planning cycles (Budget/Quarterly Forecasts/5-year plan) and applies a deep understanding of manufacturing drivers, cost of goods, inventory, and operating expenses to lead financial planning and provide timely, insightful analysis to drive decision making and results. Key responsibilities: Business Partner, FP&A, Manufacturing *
Deliver and Continuously Improve FP&A Manufacturing Processes:
Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers to incorporate into monthly commentaries, insights and recommendations.

Partner with Operations Finance Leadership:
Collaborate with the manufacturing plant teams and Center of Excellence (
CoE
)
to ensure maintenance
and understanding of standard and actual costing.
*
Lead Operations Financial Planning and Analysis:
Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support leadership decision-making.
*
Build and Operationalize Long-Range Planning:
Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, 5-year plan, and monthly outlook/reporting processes for all of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement from data collection through executive and board of director level presentations.

Use Financial Insight to Influence Operations:
Deliver accurate and timely reporting packages and dashboards, interpret financial information, and communicate to the leadership team.

Serve as a Thought Partner and Driver of Operations Performance:
Foster
a culture of financial accountability and decision making built on solid financial understanding and analysis.

Advance Systems, Reporting, and Decision Support:
Present financial data clearly to

5+ years of experience in finance with increasing scope and responsibility (required)

Experience partnering with senior business leaders on financial planning and decision-making (required)

Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred)
