Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. IT Solutions Analyst to support the expansion of enterprise applications (Costpoint, TIP Technologies, Cobra, RFGen, etc.)-within our Government Contracting, Aerospace, and Defense division. This role will assist in supporting, deploying new modules, enhancing existing functionality, and driving adoption of Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing capabilities across the AdTech organization.


Duties And Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL :

  • Assist in the support and configuration of additional Deltek modules, including Costpoint Manufacturing, Shop Floor Time, and Cobra integrations.
  • Support ongoing application security reviews and compliance documentation for Deltek systems.
  • Process updates and changes in compliance with Oceaneering's Change Management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and identify process improvements.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of system enhancements and integrations.
  • Help maintain data integrity and support reporting needs using Deltek Business Intelligence tools.
  • Contribute to training and onboarding efforts for new users and modules.
  • Track and report project milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

SPECIALTIES REQUIRED:

  • Familiarity with applications (Costpoint, TIP, Cobra, RFGen) or similar ERP systems and integrations.
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Understanding of systems and networks.
  • Experience with Hardware, Software networking, and mobile devices.
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting technical issues.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

  • Government Contracting.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or near graduation will be considered.
  • US Person (Required due to CUI/ITAR restrictions).

PAY, BENEFITS AND WORK SCHEDULE:

We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Annualized pay rate for this position : $55,250 - $74,750.
