The University of Minnesota's Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking a doctoral-level, Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, for an academic track faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. This is a full-time position that will consist of 0.65 clinical FTE, working out of the University of Minnesota Medical Center Emergency Department, with 0.35 academic FTE reserved for research and other academic activities. Preferred candidates will have a strong foundation and career experience in the assessment and treatment of Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDD). There is a significant need for specialized behavioral expertise to support ED staff in managing and de-escalating behavioral crises proactively, promptly, and effectively. Clinical Responsibilities:

Pay and Benefits: This role is dually employed by University of Minnesota Physicians and the University of Minnesota. Total salary is market competitive and based on AAMC salary benchmarks. Clinical salary, aligned with clinical effort, is provided through M Physicians. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - 125,000 commensurate with experience, qualifications, and cFTE.
