Director, US Primary Hip Marketing (Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA)

We're looking for a strategic and driven Director to lead our US Primary Hip Marketing efforts. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of our hip reconstructive portfolio, working closely with commercial teams, global marketing, and US leadership. • Lead and execute downstream marketing strategies for the US Primary Hip portfolio
• Develop go-to-market plans including promotions, medical education, digital marketing, and inventory management
• Manage and mentor a team of two marketing professionals
• Build deep market understanding and monitor competitive landscape
• Define KPIs and support annual business planning
• Partner with sales and pricing teams to drive targeting, physician engagement, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with demand, supply, and operations teams on product forecasting
• Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns
• Provide technical product support to commercial teams
• Represent Smith+Nephew at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic gatherings

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field with proven marketing experience
• Experience managing mature and newly launched medical device products
• Strong marketing and campaign development skills
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities
• Deep knowledge of the orthopaedics industry
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to be hands-on and support beyond core responsibilities
• Willing to travel more than 50 percent of the time
