The Credit Supervisor - Traffic & PMC supports the SBUs efforts and drives credit strategy amongst the businesses. You will work directly with the credit manager in supporting major initiatives within credit and PPG while managing an account portfolio. The role involves close collaboration across finance, sales, and customer service teams to support growth, improve cash flow, and minimize bad debt exposure. You will work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in office and will report to the Credit Manager, Traffic & PMC. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate credit risk within the SBU (Strategic Business Unit) portfolio and develop strategies to reduce risk while aligning with business objectives. Work directly with credit manager to align with global strategy, implement process improvements and standardize processes across SBUs. Contribute to the Allowance for Doubtful Accounts process by assessing bad debt risk. Manage daily credit analysis and collection activities with the support of collection and services team members. Monitor and report on key credit metrics, cash flow targets, and monthly performance. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, industry dynamics, and strategic business goals. Collaborate frequently with Finance Directors (Regional/Global), General Managers, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and effective credit management. Support project implementations related to credit and the business units.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain. 3 or more year of relevant business experience. Credit experience would be advantageous. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and CRM databases.
