The team is responsible for the following:
Position Summary The Supervisor will be leading a group responsible for managing the assigned responsibilities of the team with assignments both internally and outsourced to contractors including; 1) the budget, schedule, scope and quality of executed work 2) developing an effective long term relationship with the contractors that will focus on a win-win situation for both PG&E and the contractor 3) developing, tracking and communicating key performance metrics such as design cycle time, quality, cost and schedule attainment 4) reaching out to stakeholders such as construction, maintenance and operation for their feedback and areas for improvement. Travel of about 5% will be required. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors. A reasonable salary range is: Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $114,000.00 Mid Base Salary (Bay Area) $148,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area) $182,000.00 Responsibilities:
