Job Description

Performs staff work and project management by participating in research and review of

department operations and Hospital policies and procedures. Collects, reviews and prepares all

necessary data for review and/or presentation. Assists in budget preparation as required.

Job responsibilities

* Collects and analyzes data relative to the work of the department, as assigned.

* Develops studies to ascertain objectively the efficiency, economy and effectiveness

of department or site operations, policies and procedures.

* Participates in departmental budget preparations, as assigned.

* Develops and implements projects for departments or site operations, as

assigned.

* Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require

interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

* Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered

essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not

Job Experience & Qualifications



  • Master's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related

    experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
  • Medical Doctor degree, preferred
  • Individuals who have completed or are currently in a residency program (e.g., dermatology, general surgery, plastic surgery, vascular surgery, internal medicine), preferred
  • Some experience and interest to work within a clinical research environment, preferred
