ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Supports identification of dependencies and contributes to the development of design documents for product features under guidance.Designs, implements, and maintains scalable, secure, and high-performance services.Breaks down work items into tasks and provides accurate estimates.Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for monitoring and resolving system issues using established playbooks.Contributes to architecture and design discussions, leveraging AI tools and cloud technologies.Drives detailed design and implementation based on functional requirements.Ensures high availability and reliability of services to meet global customer SLAs.Partners with teams across geographies to deliver value through collaboration.Promotes an inclusive, customer-centric culture and continuous improvement.Implements best practices for safe, efficient releases and operational excellence.
