OverviewWe currently have an opening for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the Consumer Margin and Microsoft AI team. This role owns the margin strategy for Windows 365, which is a strategic growth engine for future of windows and supports resource allocation decision. In this role you will partner with engineering and business leaders to deeply understand, influence, and manage the gross margin health of the overall Windows Profit and Loss (P&L) as well as model, plan, and implement structural efficiencies, long term bets, and monetization initiatives. ResponsibilitiesLead the monetization and pricing conversations for Windows 365 and driving AI value integration through agentic features partnering with business planning, revenue, and engineering to recommend pricing, analyze performance and risks to drive margins.Ownership of the entire Windows 365 P&L across long term (LRP) and in year forecasts, investment decision support, and engineering partnership to drive resource optimization and execution across workloads.Lead executive forums to influence key decision areas around margins, cost optimizations and investments to drive margin accretive decisions.Partner with engineering teams and engineering leaders to drive product profitability. Identify and drive partnership with Azure engineering and finance, security for cross-functional cost efficiencies and resource optimization.Embody our Culture and Values. | |
