   Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of program controls for CapEx and OpEx initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and financial objectivesDrive business process improvements, automation, and system enhancements, integrating financial systems to support efficient and scalable global operationsCollaborate with stakeholders to document current-state processes and leverage data to identify high-impact areas for improvementDevelop comprehensive proposals for policy, process, system, and organizational structure changes that drive efficiency, compliance, and scalabilityPresent recommendations and business cases to senior and executive leadership with clear justifications and measurable outcomesOversee program life cycle from requirements gathering to development, testing, and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigationEstablish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor project performance and success, making data-backed adjustments as needed What You'll Bring
