MidFirst Bank is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lender to join our team and help deliver the exceptional service, financial expertise, and community partnership we are known for. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven banking professional who thrives on providing personalized solutions and cultivating long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities include:



  • Oversee a portfolio of C&I and CRE clients, ensuring superior customer service and proactive communication. Manage all aspects of loan and deposit account maintenance while serving as the primary point of contact for on-going relationship needs.
  • Portfolio & Credit Management: Monitor credit quality, communicate and interact with credit underwriting to prepare and recommend commercial loan requests, modifications, renewals, and loan monitoring reports for approval. Maintain a strong understanding of financial statement analysis to support sound portfolio performance.
  • Operational Execution: Manage account overdrafts; approve and process customer wire transfers, and ensure all activities adhere to MidFirst Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new commercial loan and deposit opportunities through in-person meetings, electronic outreach, community involvement, and professional networking. Expand existing relationships by understanding client goals and offering tailored MidFirst Bank products and services.
  • Cross-Selling & Advisory Support: Collaborate with internal partners across Treasury Management, Trust and Wealth Management, and Private Banking to deliver comprehensive financial solutions that enhance client experience and deepen relationship value.


Qualifications include:



  • Minimum of 5+ years of commercial banking or relationship management experience with a proven track record of managing a loan and deposit portfolio
  • Strong credit and financial analysis skills and familiarity with commercial lending structures
  • Demonstrated ability to grow business relationships and source new commercial loan and deposit opportunities within the community
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; professionalism and integrity aligned with our commitment to excellence
  • A client-first mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
