Job Description
Kearney & Company is hiring a Business Architect who will play a pivotal role in analyzing and designing the processes and systems that drive organizational success. The primary responsibility will be to assess the current state of the business, identify customer requirements, and define a future state that aligns with strategic goals. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of business models with technology, leveraging expertise to bridge the gap between legacy interfaces and forward-looking systems. Responsibilities include:
- Synthesize complex information, research industry best practices, and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead discussions, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams will be essential in driving alignment and ensuring successful implementation
- Ability to leverage analytical frameworks to evaluate business models and processes, making data-driven recommendations that support organizational objectives
- Manage cross-functional initiatives
- Gather and synthesize information, coupled with a strategic mindset, will enable the identification of opportunities for improvement and deliver impactful results
- Assess customer needs and translate them into actionable business solutions
- Navigate complex organizational structures and drive meaningful change
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience working with:
- Air Force Stock Control and Distribution System (D035)
- Financial Inventory Accounting and Billing System (FIABS)
- Standard Material Accounting System (SMAS)
- Experience adapting functional design to build out test planning materials and experience working with planning materials for test conditions and test scripts
- Ability to lead, analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assess the business model and its integration with technology
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required)

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
