Job OverviewThe Sr M&A Integration Planning Manager will lead and coordinate the successful execution of integration activities for a variety of strategic transactions, ensuring seamless translation of deal insights into actionable integration plans. This role oversees M&A pre-close diligence, integration program structuring, resourcing and executive reporting to enable disciplined and people-centric integration execution. Acting as a bridge across enterprise functions, external buyers/sellers and third party advisors. This role is responsible for ensuring and delivering business continuity, alignment, and long term strategic value through successful integration, planning and execution. ** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office). The preferred office location is Overland Park, KS, but are also open to Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX. ** Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
