About The Position

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, paid search, display, and SEO.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for company social media platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Support website content management, updates, and SEO optimization to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand voice and organizational marketing strategy.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital content and SEO.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing execution.
• Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong willingness to learn and understand healthcare trends, processes, and market updates.
• Experience with Digital Marketing platforms: Google Ads & Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
