Job Title: Assistant Professor of Music Production Department: Instruction, School of Music College/Division: School Of Music Primary Job Posting Location: Macon, GA 31207 Additional Job Posting Locations: (Other locations that this position could be based) Job Details: The Townsend School of Music at Mercer University seeks an experienced and versatile Assistant Professor of Music in Music Production. A successful candidate will teach courses in the music production field, supervise student internships, advise music production students, create and maintain a DAW lab, oversee the music production curriculum, supervise adjunct faculty as needed, and work closely with personnel at Mercer Music at Capricorn. Responsibilities: A typical teaching load at Mercer University includes 70% teaching, 10% creative/research, and 20% service activity. Teaching - 70%

Qualifications: Candidates must have a master's in music or MBA (with a master's in music preferred) from an accredited college/university, along with prior teaching experience and experience in the music production industry. Additionally, candidates:
