- Configure, test, and maintain HR systems such as HRIS (Workday), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and performance management platforms.
- Ensure system functionality and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Data Management & Reporting
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and diversity.
System Enhancements & Optimization
- Identify areas for system improvement and implement updates or enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to evaluate and integrate new tools or features.
User Support & Training
- Provide support to HR staff and end-users for system-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to improve system adoption and utilization.
Compliance & Security
- Ensure HR systems comply with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Partner with IT and security teams to manage user access and ensure system security.
Project Management
- Participate in or lead HR technology implementation projects, including upgrades and system rollouts.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful delivery.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Work closely with HR, payroll, and IT teams to understand business needs and align system functionality.
- Act as a liaison between HR and external vendors for system-related updates and support.
System Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular testing of system updates, patches, and integrations to prevent disruptions.
- Document test scenarios and results to ensure compliance and reliability.

Equivalent work experience may be considered. Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis or a related role.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar tools is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with system integrations and data workflows.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
