Senior Construction Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Production of daily and monthly reports
• Travel to remote sites and daily site visits
• Submittal and RFI logging and distribution
• Monitor project budget
• Review and negotiate contractor proposed change orders
• Monthly reporting
• Other responsibilities as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field
  • OR 7 years of similar field experience
• 5 years or more experience, preferably with communication tower work
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, experience in Procore preferred

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$150,000.00.
