Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year + annual bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:

We are looking for a driven and motivated leader to join our Supervision organization. The Director, Supervisory Analytics and Reporting will be responsible for identifying supervision operational efficiency opportunities and partnering with development SMEs to gather information, execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy for the Supervision organization. Additionally, this leader will develop and deliver a management reporting methodology; and will support the Head of Supervision in creating a culture within the team that exemplifies Osaic's core values. The ideal candidate will exhibit leader behaviors to grow team members and foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally, while also leaning into and leading change as Osaic continues to grow and evolve.

Education Requirements:

  • MBA or Master's degree preferred. Bachelor's degree, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of Master's degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads all aspects of process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, while adhering to the firm's standards, controls, and intelligence automation solutions governance
  • Identifies, designs, and manages the supervision automation strategy in partnership with key stakeholders and works with technology to create the required infrastructure to support the capability of intelligence automation
  • Identifies, designs, and manages the intelligent automation solutions which allow the team to automate functions and deliver benefits for capacity creation, risk reduction, and streamline supervisory processes while still adhering to relevant securities regulations
  • Coaches and mentors, the less experienced team members on the automation tools and potentially create and deliver training courses and the curriculum around workflow automation
  • Manages and ensures the delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and/or metrics with key stakeholders to define benefit from the supervision automation

Basic Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in delivering intelligent automation and business analysis or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and to develop accurate conclusions with deep comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
  • Significant business and technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex operating models, anticipating issues and use of appropriate technology to mitigate risk
  • Working knowledge of one or multiple intelligence automation applications and programming languages
  • Experience in coaching and directing less experienced team members on automation tools
  • Knowledge of financial industry compliance and regulations
  • Regulatory knowledge of Investment Adviser's Act of 1940 and FINRA regulations

Preferred Requirements:

  • FINRA SIE and Series 7
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and support other colleagues as needed
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Team player who possesses great initiative, flexibility, excellent judgment and knows how to provide indispensable service
  • Business travel as needed
