The Associate, External Resource Management is a vital, hands-on role that serves as the operational backbone of our contingent workforce program. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of the entire external resource lifecycle. Your high attention to detail and process-driven mindset will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our staff augmentation and subcontractor engagements.

Working closely with the External Resource Management Lead and Partner Services Lead, you will manage key operational tasks, maintain data integrity across our systems, and provide the critical support needed to run a best-in-class program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Resource Lifecycle Coordination
  • Enter and manage all external resource requests in the VNDLY Vendor Management System.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new staff augmentation and subcontractor resources.

  • Process all administrative resource events, including adding, extending, removing, and offboarding resources via Lift Tickets.

  • Share necessary onboarding details with the operations team for entry into Salesforce.

  • Track the status of all subcontractor engagements to ensure timely processing.

  • Act as an operational contact for third-party partners, assisting with the coordination of resource assignments to new projects, extensions, and offboarding, as well as resolving timecard discrepancies.

Systems & Data Management
  • Own the weekly reconciliation of timecards for all external resources.

  • Manage and update staff augmentation requests and notes within Salesforce on a bi-weekly basis.

  • Monitor and ensure completion of mandatory training for the staff augmentation workforce.

  • Uphold documentation standards by maintaining and updating the Partner Services and Staff Augmentation Confluence page.

Reporting & Communication
  • Actively participate in recurring operations calls to provide clear and concise staffing status updates.

  • Gather data and prepare analytics and reports for the Partner Services program.

  • Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, such as HR coordinator, project coordinator, recruiting coordinator, or operations administrator.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Preferred
  • Experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) like VNDLY or a CRM like Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with a fast-paced Professional Services or consulting environment.

  • Experience working with external vendors or partners.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $141,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
