The Associate, External Resource Management is a vital, hands-on role that serves as the operational backbone of our contingent workforce program. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of the entire external resource lifecycle. Your high attention to detail and process-driven mindset will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our staff augmentation and subcontractor engagements. Working closely with the External Resource Management Lead and Partner Services Lead, you will manage key operational tasks, maintain data integrity across our systems, and provide the critical support needed to run a best-in-class program. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
