Glazier Installation Trainee

Pay: $19.25/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Measure, cut, and prep glass and mirrors to spec
• Install glass in windows, doors, storefronts, curtain walls, and showers
• Safely remove damaged glass and prep surfaces for installation
• Assemble and install metal frames, gaskets, sealants, and related materials
• Read blueprints and work orders to guide installations
• Operate tools like glass cutters, drills, and suction cups
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and safety on every job
• Keep tools, equipment, and your workspace clean and organized
• Work closely with your team and communicate effectively

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Comfortable with physical tasks and working in all weather conditions
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
• 1-3 years of glazing or construction experience preferred (training available)
• Bonus: Experience with storefront systems, sealants, or OSHA certification
