Champion insights and innovation:

  • Be the voice of the learner and the market, bringing competitive, behavioral, and trend insights into strategy.
  • Build and maintain data-driven reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability for results.
  • Introduce innovative approaches to category growth, leveraging new channels, models, and partnerships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in consumer internet, marketplace, ecommerce, or edtech sectors with 5+ years of experience with direct P&L or category ownership.
  • 8+ years of experience leading teams, including senior people leaders.
  • Experience in building and scaling businesses with full P&L accountability
