**About the Role:**

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity of financial data and systems, providing essential insights that guide strategic planning and operational efficiency. You will be at the heart of ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and the delivery of valuable information that empowers business leaders. **What You'll Do:**

* Administer financial systems efficiently and accurately to ensure precise financial statements, strong internal controls, and adherence to company policies.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including standardized work instructions and operating procedures, ensuring they are current and accessible.

* Manage and validate end-user security access for financial applications, upholding compliance with company policies through regular audits.

* Design and deliver effective training programs for business users, empowering them with the knowledge to utilize supported systems optimally.

* Serve as a lead expert, providing advanced training and guidance to power users within the financial systems landscape.

* Prepare timely and insightful financial reports, facilitating thorough analysis against strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, and upholding the integrity of financial statements.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.

* 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis.

* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel, including complex formulas, report building, and intricate data configuration.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within a large, multinational consumer products company, management consulting firm, or similar multi-national organization.

* Familiarity with wholesale distribution channels and related financial planning and management activities.

* A proactive and self-starting approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and propose creative solutions for operational improvements.

* Enthusiasm for working in a multifaceted business environment, coupled with the passion and drive to achieve results.

* A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn new areas of the business and share team responsibilities.

* Experience with relevant financial systems is a plus.
