-Workday Payroll Certification -Workday Analyst with Payroll Experience -Config *Description* Job Summary: The Workday Payroll Administrator III provides strategic and operational support of payroll applications. This role is responsible for increasing operational efficiencies and controls through the utilization and optimization of technology. *Job Responsibilities:* -Partner with Payroll and Human Resources to understand the business strategy and recommend technical solutions to achieve business objectives. -Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable leaders to identify trends and empower decision-making. -Drive continuous improvement by conducting system and process analysis to improve operational efficiencies and controls. -Provide functional administration of payroll applications including software releases, application configuration, integration design, security administration, and testing. -Manage complex payroll technology initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. -Provide end user support exemplifying exceptional customer service. -Understand application security models and segregation of duties to effectively protect sensitive data. -Develop, prepare, and maintain user guides and job aids. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required Skills & Experience: -At least five (5) years of Workday functional system administration experience. -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Critical thinking problem-solving skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office products. -Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively. Required Education: -High School Diploma / GED. Preferred Education: -Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related discipline. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
