Advantage xPO is now hiring a Boiler Operator for a key role in facility operations. This is a great opportunity to join a team that values safety, reliability, and hands-on learning in an industrial setting.

Pay: $24-$25/hr

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Boiler Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring steam boilers, deaerators, deionized (DI) water systems, and other essential facility equipment such as air compressors, air dryers, cooling towers, nitrogen supply systems, and pump packages. The role also involves taking regular water quality measurements and making necessary adjustments to chemical treatment systems to ensure safe and efficient operation of all utilities.

Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and operate boiler and critical utility systems
  • Conduct regular inspections and facility walk-throughs
  • Record readings, identify anomalies, and report issues
  • Ensure systems are functioning within operational limits



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of industrial experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • English speaking and clear communication skills
  • Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
  • Ability to read gauges, thermometers, and follow procedures
  • Comfortable working in hot environments
  • Strong reliability and punctuality
  • Hands-on learner who can follow safety and operational protocols
