IT Product Manager, Consultant

Your Role

The Operations Portfolio team within Blue Shield of California provides robust solutions for our business partners, providers and members which improve the overall health care experience from claims processing to benefit enrollment. IT Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Applications Services Lead in the Operations Portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for the development and support of complex technology solutions related to the Operations Portfolio. This includes interfacing with IT, business, and vendor partners to understand and influence requirements and technical solutions that optimizing for cost, quality, and fit for purpose.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 7 years of relevant experience or on the Pega systems platform
• Pega systems Senior System Architect certification preferred
• At least 5 years of directly related professional experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in a Technology capacity preferred
• Proven application of Agile process and principles
• Requires good communication and leadership skills
• Requires good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity and problem solving
• Healthcare domain experience desirable
