Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst (Big Indian, NY) Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, forecast performance, and support strategic decision-making; develop and implement revenue management strategies to improve profitability across multiple hotel locations; assist in budgeting, cost control, and long-term financial planning in collaboration with senior management; evaluate workflows, service quality, and guest experience metrics to identify areas for improvement; prepare dashboards, performance reports, and analytical tools to track KPIs and support executive leadership; and, recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and maintain brand standards.
