We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our representative sales network across the United States and Canada. This role is focused on promoting our commercial and industrial make-up air equipment through our representative network. This is position is the primary commercial interface, ensuring alignment with customer needs while leading internal coordination to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales and experience managing an independent representative network, with proven success in managing relationships, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales initiatives.
