This position is responsible for providing advanced level administrative support to senior level leadership. Handles confidential company, department, and teammate information. Must be able to work under minimal supervision and plan own work. Supports executives with multiple locations or departments reporting to them.

This position is based in Temple, TX, which will require the candidate to report and work from the office on a regular basis. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute commute to Temple, TX.

What you'll do as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Information & Digital Officer:

  • Maintain highly sensitive and highly confidential information.
  • Coordinate and effectively communicate with staff, teammates, vendors, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, voicemails, and written correspondence.
  • Coordinate and track status of department initiatives and projects; follow-up on outstanding action items and reports status to manager.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and a growth mindset by quickly learning and leveraging new technologies, including AI tools.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, sessions, and other events.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to supporting senior leadership by anticipating needs, coordinating complex schedules with precision, and ensuring all meetings, travel, and departmental initiatives are executed with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Gather statistical data for weekly/monthly reports, prepare, and distribute if needed.
  • Compile documents and information including graphics and visuals.
  • Maintain accurate files and records.
  • Make photocopies and faxes documentation as needed.
  • Track and reconcile team /department expense reports.
  • Order business cards, company stationary, office supplies, etc.
  • Escalate issues to management, when appropriate.
  • Exercise strong judgment within areas of responsibility.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Information & Digital Officer:

  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4 or more years of administrative support experience. 2 years at the SVP or higher level.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Broad understanding of how the business operates.
  • Ability to interact with wide scope of internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in diverse and fast paced environment.

  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
