The Account Recovery Advisor I is responsible for administrative, technical, and professional work within the Credit Administration function. This position is responsible for delinquent loan accounts, collection process support, process administration and communication. This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with the expectation that the selected candidate will work on-site in Wichita at least three days per week. A successful candidate will have:
