Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts.

  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and our Accessibility Center of Excellence (ACE) team to ensure high-quality releases.

  • Identify and document defects using QA tracking tools, then partner with teams to drive resolution.

  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Perform end-to-end validation for new applications, updates, and production changes.

  • Maintain QA documentation, contribute to process improvements, and help refine our testing methodologies.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

EXPERIENCE


  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and defect tracking systems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, alternate formats, and DAS production processes is an asset.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience (5+ years CrawfordTech DAS experience accepted).
