As a QA Analyst, you'll play a vital part in not only testing our applications but also enhancing the way testing gets done. Application Deadline October 21, 2025 Department Accessibility - Production Employment Type Full Time Location Potsdam, New York Workplace type Onsite Compensation $45,000 / year This role's hiring manager: Aimee Ubbink View Aimee's Profile Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and our Accessibility Center of Excellence (ACE) team to ensure high-quality releases. Identify and document defects using QA tracking tools, then partner with teams to drive resolution. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Perform end-to-end validation for new applications, updates, and production changes. Maintain QA documentation, contribute to process improvements, and help refine our testing methodologies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or similar role. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and defect tracking systems. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with accessibility standards, alternate formats, and DAS production processes is an asset. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience (5+ years CrawfordTech DAS experience accepted).
