Job Description
PCG is looking for talented students to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Headquarters in Lenexa, KS! This is a full-time paid internship supporting our Accounting Department during the summer of 2026.
Applicants for the Summer program should be able to commit to a 10-week internship, Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
This role is responsible for assisting with the following:
- Assist with preparing our accounting for audits
- Create journal entries
- Ensure all journal entries are accounted for
- Verify that proper support systems are in place
- Scan journal entries into an electronic format
- Assist with day-to-day financial analysis
This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
Basic Requirements
- Must be in pursuit of an undergraduate accounting degree during the summer of 2026
- Must have completed introductory college-level accounting courses
- Ability to work well in a team environment through effective collaboration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and/or Teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- Customer service-oriented and able to maintain a professional demeanor
- Display strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- Local to the KC Metro area
- Currently in third or fourth year of undergraduate program preferred
