Responsible for maintaining the Productivity Management Tool and will work in the Corporate Accounting Department. Responsible for reporting and monitoring of organizational goals set by Leadership. This position will support the Labor Productivity process which seeks to increase throughput, improve productivity and gain operational efficiencies. In addition, the position will provide analytical support for other performance measurement tools, such as key performance indicator reports, as needed

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years healthcare finance experience required.Other equivalent combinations of education and experience may be acceptable.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Current RN license; must maintain active status to remain in position
• Knowledge of productivity systems and FTE calculations desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting practices, procedures and computerized systems is required.
• Knowledge of accounting as it relates to all responsible areas is required. Communication and leadership skills are necessary.
