Position Title: Electrical Lead
Wage: $18.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience QPS Employment Group has an Electrical Lead position available at a company in Nixa, MO. This is a direct hire position. Electrical Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements. - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. - Make program edits using G and M code to improve part quality or process efficiency. - Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. - Troubleshoot setup and machining issues, maintaining optimal machine performance. - Work collaboratively with team members in a job shop environment to meet production goals. Electrical Lead Requirements: - Eager to learn and grow in the electrical field. - Team player with strong communication skills. - Proactive, positive, and optimistic outlook. - Problem-solver with a can-do attitude. - Reliable and dependable. - Valid driver's license. - Previous experience in the electrical trade preferred.
