Overview
Responsible for processing residential mortgage applications in accordance with company and investor policies and requirements, to meet compliance, commitment, and closing dates. Hybrid work schedule KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor loan application pipelines to initiate vendor orders including but not limited to appraisals, title work, flood certificates, tax transcripts.
- Engage borrowers at determined milestones, including but not limited to Welcome, Conditional Approval, Follow-up, and Final Approval.
- Oversee assigned loan application pipeline to ensure all compliance, commitment, and closing dates are met within determined Service Level Agreement timelines.
- Organize and prioritize workload to manage timely re/submissions to underwriting and closing.
- Reviews documentation provided by borrowers and third parties within determined Service Level Agreement timelines.
- Communicate regularly with Loan Officers and borrowers to keep all parties updated on status of each loan application.
- Proactively resolve transactions concerns with impacted parties, including but not limited to internal partners, borrowers, vendors, Realtors, Builders.
- Prepare and deliver notifications for withdrawn and denied loan applications.
- Confirm adherence and compliance with applicable bank, regulatory and investor
- Maintain current knowledge of lending products, systems, and processes.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

- High School graduate or College-level coursework preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Windows-based software.
- Previous mortgage experience preferred
- Must be comfortable and able to work in a fast paced environment.
