The Solution Architect Director will be responsible for the following primary duties: 
 Facilitate exploratory academic meetings by leveraging high stake gap analytics.Support in the development and presentation of custom gap analyticsSupport in the recommendation of HMH solutions designed to best meet the needs of the district.Conduct mid-year, and end of year, gains presentations to help drive and direct expansion and growth opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with key leadership to help facilitate the selling process of key accounts  Work with multiple sales and implementation personnel to develop a comprehensive concept plan, based on the confirmed identified gaps of the district.When appropriate, work with local teams in the development of a strategic plan grounded on data informationMaintain ongoing contact with the customers through the execution of the project to help ensure advocacy, awareness, and the possibility for expansion.Analytic Operations & Communication: 
 
  Scheduling: Schedule SA team to match needs within the district. In addition, this person will conduct Salesforce Research on a district and couple this insight with public available data to create a sales strategy for each district. Oversee the assignment of virtual meetings delivered by the SA team.Training: Provide internal training to other departments plus orientation onboarding of new staff to the SA team.Analytic Development: Develop supplemental, experimental, and pilot analytics through the use of advanced tools such as SPSS.Communication and Operational Liaison: Serve as SA team liaison to Gains and Gap teams to streamline processes and create procedures for high volume seasons. Create processes for communication, documentation, and resource development to maximize efficiency of SA team. Oversee SA team communications with other divisions of HMH. These include, but are not limited to, the development of internal presentations to communicate the work of the SA team, describe role of integrated sales through data analytics, and communicate best practices for utilizing SA team. What you'll need:

Benefits and Salary Range: Salary Range - $130,000 to $135,000 plus commission.  Our salary ranges are based on national averages.
