TEKsystems is currently hiring for a warehouse administrator to support purchase order selection and data entry for a distribution center in Wall, NJ. This position will work in tandem with customer service and operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products. Applicants with strong administrative and prior distribution experience are encouraged to apply. Description - Route the order through WMS system - Address any error and make appropriate changes - Work with customer service to release orders depending on the need for work in warehouse - Work with inventory team to release stock share orders - Handle adjustments in software systems - Stock order control office with labels - Work with the rest of the warehouse team to fix inventory issues for orders that have shortages - Communicate any issues with orders to customer service - Daily and monthly reports - Orders supplies as needed Qualifications - Administrative support - Distribution/warehouse experience ideal - Microsoft office - Experience with purchase orders Additional details - Monday-Friday - 7:30am-4pm - A few Saturdays are required in December - Contract-to-hire opportunity Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
