Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY Responsible for managing technology projects that support Bank departments. Work with third party vendors or in-house technology in planning, managing, executing and implementing projects. Work with Bank departments to solve business needs while delivering solutions that improve efficiencies, automate activities, expand data reporting and/or upgrade third party application releases. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university, in a field of business management; or eight (8) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Emphasis in IT is a plus. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnishes in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a solid understanding of the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Project, Access, and Word. Experience with Visio, Sharepoint, and Fiserv Applications are a plus. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS PMP Certification is a plus. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
