As our EDI Specialist, you'll support HID's successby:
- Assisting with the onboarding and configuration of EDI connections, including mapping and testing EDI documents.
- Monitoring EDI transactions for accuracy and timely data processing.
- Supporting troubleshooting for EDI-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Documenting processes and procedures related to EDI transactions.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives related to EDI.
YourExperienceand Background include:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years Customer Service experience
- Preferred knowledge: Oracle, Salesforce, Agile and AWS
- Fundamental understanding of EDI standards including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
- Familiarity with EDI mapping tools and software.
- Experience with EDI platforms such as IBM Cloud, SPS Commerce and True Commerce.
- Knowledge of programming languages including XML or SQL.
- Background in Technical writing and Specification review.
- Basic proficiency in EDI mapping and validation tools.
- Understanding of data formats and communication protocols.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their EDI integration.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
