As our EDI Specialist, you'll support HID's successby:

• Assisting with the onboarding and configuration of EDI connections, including mapping and testing EDI documents.
• Monitoring EDI transactions for accuracy and timely data processing.
• Supporting troubleshooting for EDI-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Documenting processes and procedures related to EDI transactions.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives related to EDI.

YourExperienceand Background include:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years Customer Service experience
• Preferred knowledge: Oracle, Salesforce, Agile and AWS
• Fundamental understanding of EDI standards including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Familiarity with EDI mapping tools and software.
• Experience with EDI platforms such as IBM Cloud, SPS Commerce and True Commerce.
• Knowledge of programming languages including XML or SQL.
• Background in Technical writing and Specification review.
• Basic proficiency in EDI mapping and validation tools.
• Understanding of data formats and communication protocols.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their EDI integration.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
