This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.

Our team is looking to add an Operations Support Strategist to support a well-established customer that works on a critical and high-visibility mission. Previous experience working on-site to support the DoD and the intelligence community is highly desirable.

We're supporting a customer who has a fast-paced and exciting mission within the intelligence community. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, understands the operational tempo and goals. The right person will have experience working on technical collections, such as MASINT, within the IC. Possible tasks include coordinating cables, providing real-time information for multitude of packages, supporting the missions top ranking Chiefs, and coordinating all monitoring reports and assessments for wider distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • You will sit on-site, alongside the customer, helping to support and manage their projects.

  • You will keep the technical operations branches on track and running smoothly!

  • You will organize and coordinate mission critical tasks for the branch such as cables, operational reporting, and logistics tracking.

  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the DOD/IC community.

  • You will provide briefings to senior government officials via written reports and oral presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to pass a CI polygraph.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related, or equivalent experience.

  • 3 years' experience in the DOD / IC.

  • 3 year's experience coordinating and planning operations or targeting experience.

  • 3 year's experience working in MASINT or other technical collection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 year's experience building and maintaining SharePoint applications.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.

  • Experience using GCOMS.

  • Experience using PROTON, TAC and other IC tools.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

* The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $99,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
