Job Description
This position performs daily support activities for HCD, including responding to inquiries and process repayment calculations, lien releases, or subordination agreements for HSP and AHP Owner-occupied programs; processing voluntary program applications and requests; providing back up for community and voluntary programs; and facilitating HCD vendor management and compliance in alignment with FHLBank's Vendor Management Policy.
Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. One to three years of similar or related experience, with a minimum of one year of previous office experience. Real estate transaction background preferred. Experience using MS Office products including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint, Visio and other programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with a variety of business partners to achieve corporate and department objectives. Must be able to bend and lift 25 pounds. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to work independently and use general office equipment. Ability to become a Kansas notary.
