Job Title: PMO Lead 1
Location: Washington, DC.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience managing delivery of several parallel tasks/workstreams for an enterprise IT program.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading organizational change for a large-scale technology and/or business transformation program.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading agile projects or programs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a financial services organization or Federal agency in implementing and managing IT governance for a program.
  • Proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources and handling cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in at least one agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and associated tools.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing program and project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, Smartsheets or Microsoft Project to plan, execute, and measure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence in a federated client environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Essential Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and scaling agile methodologies across multiple teams or departments


Preferred Certifications:


  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe Agile Leader, SAFe Agile Practitioner)
  • Organizational Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci)
