Overview HR Administrative Assistant (Coordinator) Location: Lewisville, TX (Corporate Office) Reports To: HR Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt What You Will Do As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will support the Human Resources team by handling a variety of administrative tasks that help HR operations run smoothly. You will be the go-to for employee recognition counters (birthdays and anniversaries), assist with onboarding and orientation, coordinates meals and logistics for trainings and meetings, and supports reporting and data management in the HRIS. You will ensure seamless communication and organization across HR functions while providing excellent internal customer service. A Typical Day at Prime Controls Employee Engagement & Recognition
