This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll help attract and hire the engineers, operations experts, and professionals who design, build, and deliver the advanced wiring and connection systems enabling safer, smarter, and more sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as thestrategic advisorfor all Talent Acquisition needs across engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
• Partner with HR and functional leaders totranslate business plans into workforce actionsand hiring strategies.
• Buildtargeted sourcing pipelinesfor critical skill areas such as electrical design, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
• Embed within key teams to understand plant operations, technical requirements, and business priorities.
• Leveragedata, analytics, and competitive intelligenceto drive decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Deliver aseamless candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency.
• Ensureprocess excellence, data accuracy, and compliancewith Aptiv standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Basic:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably inautomotive, manufacturing, or engineeringenvironments
• Experience using a modern ATS (Workday Recruit preferred)

Preferred:

• Proven ability tosource and close technical and manufacturing talentacross the USA and beyond
• Strong understanding ofautomotive manufacturing environmentsand labor market dynamics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Data-driven, proactive, and adaptable - able to navigate a global matrix organization
• Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement in Talent AcquisitionNA
