CareDx is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders: the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Approximately 50% of this role will be dedicated to the CSO, focusing on company-wide strategic initiatives and project support, including close coordination with the project management team.

This role requires someone who can manage complex calendars, support cross-functional communication, and contribute to the efficient execution of strategic priorities by tracking deadlines, scheduling key meetings, and following up on action items.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to facilitate key meetings and maintain established timelines.
  • Manage complex and heavy calendaring for multiple busy executives, including coordinating meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, arranging travel, and prioritizing appointments to optimize executive time.
  • Proactively anticipate scheduling needs and adjust calendars in response to shifting priorities, ensuring executives are prepared and informed of their daily agendas.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to arrange meetings across time zones, confirm logistics, and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Provided high-level backup support as needed to C-level executives.
  • Act as a liaison between senior executives, board members, investors, and other external partners, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and professional.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of offsites and events.
  • Submit and manage expenses, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Work on assigned projects and tasks as necessary.
  • Create purchase orders, ensure processing of NDA's and other contracts.
  • The position is in-office at our Brisbane office, with potential for occasional remote work arrangements.


Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge (Required):



  • HS/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of executive-level support experience, with at least 2 years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates the capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining adaptability and flexibility.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing tools, and expense reporting systems.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Exceptional judgement and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

This is the anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Brisbane, California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.

San Francisco Bay Area Roles:

$116,000 - $145,000 USD
