The Senior Director, GDATS M&A Integration, reporting into the VP, Strategy and Planning/Office of the CDIO, within the Global Data and Technology Solutions (GDATS) organization, will serve as the central point of contact and connective tissue to the GDATS Senior Leadership Team for all M&A-related technology integration capabilities. This leader will design and institutionalize the GDATS M&A Technology Integration Playbook to ensure repeatable, scalable success, while driving the execution of integration initiatives with precision. Acting as a strategic bridge between GDATS, corporate development, and business leadership, this role ensures that integration efforts are aligned with enterprise digital and data priorities, accelerate value capture, and minimize disruption. Key Responsibilities* Serve as the primary liaison to the GDATS Senior Leadership Team on all M&A tech integration initiatives, providing connectivity, transparency, and alignment. * Develop, own, and continuously refine the M&A Technology Integration Playbook, codifying best practices, governance, and processes for GDATS-led integrations. * Lead the technology integration strategy and roadmap for all M&A activity, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital, data, and cybersecurity objectives. * Drive due diligence on technology, digital assets, and infrastructure to identify risks, opportunities, and synergy potential. * Partner with GDATS leaders, corporate development, and business executives to prioritize and execute integration initiatives that unlock business value. * Oversee cross-functional integration workstreams, including enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS), cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and cybersecurity. * Manage vendor contracts, licensing, and technology rationalization efforts to optimize scalability and cost efficiency. * Establish integration KPIs, monitor progress, and report outcomes to GDATS leadership and executive stakeholders. * Champion change management and adoption efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimize business disruption. * Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technology integration managers and subject matter experts. Qualifications* 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology integration, enterprise IT, or digital transformation. * Demonstrated success leading large-scale M&A technology integrations across multiple geographies. * Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Data Lakes, Cloud, Cybersecurity). * Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership levels. * Proven experience in building integration playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies. * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree required.
