The Director of Infrastructure & Operations will be a key driver in this transformation, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with our growth. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality, clean-label products to customers across North America.

Who you'll be working with.

You'll report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across our corporate and manufacturing sites. You'll also work in partnership with the Information Security team to maintain a strong cybersecurity posture, and with external vendors to manage infrastructure services and tools. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and lead a high-performing team while engaging with stakeholders across IT, operations, and enterprise applications.

What you'll be doing.



  • Lead infrastructure strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Oversee network architecture, data center operations, and cloud services
  • Manage IT operations including service desk and hardware lifecycle
  • Ensure cybersecurity in collaboration with the Information Security team
  • Standardize operating procedures and IT policies across sites
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Support ERP and enterprise application implementations
  • Monitor KPIs for uptime, performance, and service delivery
  • Mentor and develop infrastructure and operations team


What you bring.



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments and managing multi-site operations
  • Strong knowledge of:



    • Network architecture
    • Cloud platforms
    • Cybersecurity best practices



  • Proven track record in leading infrastructure modernization and operational excellence initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong vendor management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams
