This opportunity is in the Information Technology department
As the company's largest department, I.T. is responsible for supporting both ongoing operations and our next innovative project. Role Description:
Are you passionate about solving problems, helping others, and working with technology in a dynamic, collaborative environment? As a Technical Support Engineer I, you'll be the first line of defense, providing tier 1 technical support to all Safety National employees. You'll respond to a variety of issues-software, hardware, network, and proprietary applications-through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and in-person. Your role will include diagnosing incidents, tracking them via issue-tracking software, and guiding users through effective resolutions. You'll also provide one-on-one user training when needed, and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met. This is a highly visible and impactful position ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset. If you're enthusiastic about learning, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have at least 1 to 3 or more years of relevant corporate experience, this role is for you!

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferred), or Associate degree with at least 1 year of relevant corporate experience, or 3 or more years of relevant corporate experience (required)

Required Qualifications:



  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
