Position Summary Consumer Lending & Servicing Analysts play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the consumer lending lifecycle. This role combines data analysis, reporting, and process optimization to support business unit goals, regulatory compliance, and customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Data & Reporting
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data to produce dashboards and reports on production, SLAs, KPIs, and risk indicators.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and workflows using Power BI and Power Automate.
Business Support & Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT/data teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives and compliance/audit responses by providing timely and accurate data.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve data quality.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance servicing and lending workflows.
- Ability to meet individual goals and contribute to a team-oriented environment to ensure departmental and company goals are met. Sets and achieves challenging goals without direct supervision and contributes to a positive team spirit.
- Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.

- Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information.
Education and/or Experience
- BS/BA Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field is required, or
- 3+ years' work-related experience and / or training
Computer Skills
- Advanced SQL - Strong understanding and ability to write SQL queries for various database systems with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights from database queries.
- SharePoint Online - Proficiency in creating, configuring, and managing SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and pages. Ability to embed Power BI reports and dashboards and integrate with other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Power BI - Ability to design clear, impactful, and informative dashboards using Power BI. Proficiency in connecting to various data sources, transforming data using tools like Power Query (M language), and creating data models.
- Power Automate (Flow) - Ability to translate business requirements into efficient and robust automated workflows and understanding the effective use of various Power Automate connectors. Ability to implement conditional logic, loops, and approval flows and identify issues within Power Automate.
- Intermediate Excel Skills - using advanced formulas, building and using Pivot tables to summarize and analyze data, apply conditional formatting, and create dynamic charts and graphs.
